all levels of planning and coordination, the actual fee is determined on an
event-by-event basis. After the initial consultation, a proposal for
services and fee will be presented and will not change unless the client wishes
to upgrade their services during the planning process. The fee quoted is
based on the level and scope of services requested, the location of the event, the amount of setup required and any special
needs of the client.
Ultimate

Ultimate Dreams package is for the client who would prefer to share their ideas
and preferences with us and permits us to work with you every step of the way
to plan your day. Dream Day Planners will develop a budget, interview and present
choice vendors, manage the time line and direct the event, among many other
details. From our first consultation
until the last guest has left, Dream Day
Planners will be with you every step of the way.
